These are the countries that  we are aware of where this reform idea may continue to grow:

—In Afghanistan, AGR, a university lecturer said he would write a book on this and obtained 6 legislators’ support (before Taliban took over)

—In Argentina, Mijael Libre started its own FB group to promote the concept

--In Bulgaria & Romania, Стенли Стойнев is promoting the reform

—In Denmark, a retired couple Mr & Mrs. Jørgen Raffnsøe pledged to start a campaign there.

—In Germany, Georgio Zervas has promoted the idea in the international organization he belongs to.  There is also a group attempting to organize a citizens' initiative in a city. 

—In Italy, Adele Gambaro, a former senator declared she would try to advance this reform

—In Ivory Coast, a college student will suggest to incorporate this reform in the next student election

—In Lebanon, a magazine editor said she had already begun to pass along the idea

—In Lesotho, Meshack Mothepu, head of an NGO said he would push in that country

—In Mexico, an activist will start a Negative vote Association

—In Nigeria, Adolphus Mawolo, a radio program host pledged to spread the idea

—In Poland, a Ph.D candidate decided to write a thesis on Negative Vote.

—In Barcelona, Spain, an activist will promote the idea

—In Switzerland, a group was planning to put it on to national referendum (delayed due to COVID).
